For renowned non-profit community housing provider New Zealand Housing Foundation this project consisted of bulk cut/fill works with large undercuts required to building platforms bought up with compacted gravel rafts and geo grid to form solid and stable raised platforms to mitigate any future durability issues. Consideration to recent Auckland flooding also contributed to the finished site design and topography ensuring NZHF received a quality, long lasting and flood free asset to add to their portfolio.
