For one of Auckland’s larger and oldest property land holders and developers Dilworth Board our team undertook the challenge of demolishing and clearing one of their new market sites ready for temporary parking and future apartment development. In just 3 weeks the team carefully demolished the old 50 room motel structure and its foundations separating and recycling materials where to sustainably return the site to a level cleared lot ready for asphalt and future use as a temporary carpark.
