He has gained experience in the construction industry over the last decade as General Manager and has played a key role in the delivery of multi-million dollar commercial, residential, public and greenfields projects.

Adrian is responsible for the tendering of projects, financial management and performance, health & safety, environmental and quality performance of the business, and the implementation of business policies and current growth in the Auckland market.

Trich is responsible for providing the business with accurate and timely financial information. She manages the cash forecasting and funding requirements for the company, tax compliance, financial and external reporting.

Trich has experience in system implementations and developing process improvements initiatives to reduce risk and increase efficiency. She is passionate about driving better financial understanding through the business to ensure successful project delivery is coupled with planned financial outcomes.
